Beginners' Swap:  Tags  Hats, Hats and more Hats

Make 3 tags, standard size I think is 3" by 5" , using Hats as your theme.
Use flat embellishments to keep it all quite flat so it can be used as a book mark.
Decorate the back lightly keeping with the theme.
Make 3 for 3 back

Trash Outside the Box Swap
Make 1 for 1
Use those gorgeous/interesting wrapping papers you've been saving;  ribbons; cheap glass gems, sequins, glitter, gold paper lace, trashy jewellery broken bits; use for embellishments. You'll need a surface to cover, such as round hot chocolate containers, a Turkish delight hexagonal box, a paper mache heart box, a cardboard jewellery box or candy tins. The only restiction is that it should only be 5 inches in over all size approx (sqare, diameter, triangle, whatever) Decorate your surface to your hearts content, let your imigination run wild.
This is a good start for a complete beginner who sometimes isn't sure what to do and how to start, but anyone can also play.
Beginners, intermediate, advanced alike, all will enjoy this project, because basically there are no rules.
